And this with even two projects and in collaboration with the operators of the b´mine Frankfurt Airport and the me and all hotel düsseldorf-oberkassel. The 196+ hotel forum places its focus on hospitality investment and real estate, and offers designers, architects, investors, owners and many others the annual European Hotel Development Conference as an opportunity to exchange ideas and do some networking.The Hotel Property Award, which has been awarded annually since 2002, is one of the most renowned European Hospitality Awards.

Both hotels have been completed in April this year and impress with their efficient use of space, outstanding highlights and unique special features. The b´mine, for instance, enables guests to take their own cars up to the CarLoggia with direct access to the loft in 40 of 241 rooms. Another special highlight is the alcove with its modern interpretation of a bed niche as a refuge and a place of well-being in the so-called Smart Rooms. In the me and all hotel, colors, shapes and textiles make the hotel an eye-catcher. Here, everything is motley, extraordinary and loud – nothing equals anything else. A highlight is the foldable “design wall” in the foyer, which we developed and which can be altered with only a few simple movements in terms of design and effect.

October 6 will be the day: The interdisciplinary expert jury will announce the winner of the 36 participating hotel projects.
