Multifunctionality in the Maritim Hotel Ingolstadt
With a direct view onto the Danube and in immediate proximity of the old town, the Maritim Hotel that is currently being built has the perfect starting position for all travelers and event planners – something that can be experienced live starting in the spring of 2023. 223 modern rooms and suites as well as a modern wellness area enable a carefree sojourn. Various culinary offers are there to satisfy the guests’ hunger: a restaurant with a large outer terrace, a cozy café, a modern bar, and an elegant bistro. Special highlight: The rooftop terrace on the fourth upper floor with a wonderful view, which can be booked for private parties. In addition, 13 congress and conference rooms offer sufficient space for events and meetings.
In collaboration with the architecture and engineering office of the Maritim hotel company, Reinhardt und Sander Gesellschaft mbH Planung und Baubetreuung, Bad Salzuflen, we have designed the interior of the public areas. This comprises, among other things, the gastronomy areas, a rooftop garden, as well as a multifunctional conference room. The latter is special due to its flexible use as both meeting room and lounge. The hotel bar on the ground floor is also convincing with its flexibility provided by a glass wall so that it can be used as a lobby bar during the day, and as an inviting cocktail bar in the evening.
