Hausbau Design Award: Stadtvilla from WeberHaus

The joint project with WeberHaus – the urban villa in the new “FertighausWelt” in Kappel-Grafenhausen – has been nominated for the Hausbau Design Award 2022. The villa is up for voting in two categories:country houses and modern architecture/Bauhaus style. Via the link you can take part in online-voting.

The urban villa – already the second villa realized together with WeberHaus – is a two-story family home in modern country house style, which reflects the perfect balance of function and beauty. The centerpiece of the house, among other things, is the generous, open living and dining area, which provides for cozy get-togethers of the family. The ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom is another highlight: The mini-wellness area can be accessed through a muntin glass wall and can be made totally opaque by means of a curtain.
