Hotel Jungbrunn wins Spa Award 2022
Our project, the Hotel Jungbrunn – der Gutzeitort in Tannheim, Austria, was able to prevail against more than 250 competitors and win the popular international Spa Award in the category “Spa Concepts”. Already in 2020, the Gutzeitort (“good-time place”) won the “Wellness Aphrodite” Award, which is also one of the most important awards of the industry.
On an area of 7,900 sqm, the spa of Hotel Jungbrunn offers space for relaxation, calm and deceleration. This is where anyone finds his or her oasis of well-being: whether in an exclusive Spa Suite, in the vitalizing bathing area, or when enjoying one of the treatments from the comprehensive spa treatment portfolio. Thematically varied wellness areas provide for a gorgeous backdrop that does not allow for any stress. A special highlight is the relaxation room called “Quellenruh”, which contains the centerpiece of the spa – the hotel’s own spring. This is made visible for hotel guests by means of a glass shaft. The loungers arranged in a circle, each with its own hand-braided basket cover, provides an excellent view onto the spring. In the last implementation steps in the wellness area, we were able to co-design three relaxation rooms, among others, “Quellenruh” and the Ayurvedic treatment rooms.
