For the b´mine Frankfurt Airport, which was completed in April, after having received the Arch Design Award will also be awarded the Special Mention of the German Design Award 2023. The German Design Award is a national design award that enjoys worldwide recognition and is awarded by the German Design Council (‘Rat für Formgebung’) which is the highest German instance for brand and design.

The b´mine is captivating due to its many special features such as the hood covering the show kitchen consisting of 3,000 brass rods, the innovative CarLofts that enable guests to take their vehicles along to the loft, or the modernly interpreted cozy alcoves in the Smart Rooms. The lobby also has a lot to offer to its guests. From the comfortable lounge areas to the b´daily, accommodating body and soul of guests, up to the inviting co-working area. Here, too, the use of art, light (shows) and plants is what is in demand. An extraordinary eyecatcher is provided by the 1,500 movable, shining copper lentils that particularly stage the wall behind the reception desk.

Big Opening for The CLAAS
