Cooperation with Pandox in hotel project
Together with the leading Swedish hotel property company Pandox, we have taken on the redesign of a hotel in Nuremberg. Pandox does not only lease its 157 hotels in 15 different countries, but also partially operates them itself. The partners of the company include, inter alia, major hotel groups like the Radisson Hotel Group, IHG or the Hilton Group.
Nuremberg is considered to be a dynamic commercial center, a popular destination for leisure and also the “Medical Valley”. Repositioning the existing hotel property into a business and conference hotel in the premium segment in a first-class location includes an extensive renovation and restructuring of all rooms, the public areas as well as housing technology and gastronomy. Here, we were able to prevail against other nationally renowned companies in the design competition and to take on the concept for the interior design of the hotel rooms and suites.Our task was to include the Bavarian tradition with a modern interpretation and to combine it with a timeless, soft and lively design that is characterized by digital competence and a high degree of comfort. The opening is planned to take place in the autumn of 2022.
