Launch of the New Klafs Showroom in Tilburg – An Impressive Symbiosis of Functionality and Design!

Tilburg, Netherlands

GEPLAN DESIGN is once again setting new standards in the design of modern retail environments. The new Klafs Showroom in Tilburg impresses with its rapid, cost-effective, and yet striking implementation. Thanks to efficient planning and despite a tight schedule, it was possible to create an inspiring and functional environment.

Rolf Glantz says, "A showroom for spa areas should reflect the entire experience that customers can later expect in their own spaces. It's about creating a place where people immediately feel comfortable and are inspired to bring this atmosphere into their own homes."

The central idea was to develop a flowing pathway that guides the visitor through the premises, evoking a sense of coziness and wellness. Different price levels were cleverly integrated into the design while the pathway and base materials remained consistent. This ensures that visitors stay in the flow and can easily orient themselves.

A special highlight is the ceiling construction, which follows the path of the floor. This innovative design makes the rooms appear higher and emphasizes the different zones of the showroom. The materials were carefully selected to ensure an optimal compromise between durability, cost, and speed of processing. Design coverings that meet these requirements were preferred. The theme of the flowing pathway is not only found in the showroom but also in the offices and meeting room. The exterior area is represented by wallpapers that extend into the meeting room, creating a visual connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The central placement of the meeting and sales areas in the line of sight ensures that they immediately catch the eye and are easily accessible. Targeted visual relationships create clear orientation within the space.

Another remarkable element is the mirroring of the lower floor elements with ceiling elements. This consistent design supports the zoning and contributes to the clarity of the room structure. The new Klafs Showroom in Tilburg impressively demonstrates how functional requirements and aesthetic demands can be harmoniously combined. GEPLAN DESIGN has once again proven that they are capable of developing creative and practical solutions that meet the high demands of modern exhibition environments.
